Knowledge and skill in care, maintenance, and utilization of wildland fire suppression and prescribed fire and fuels treatments equipment.

Experience with IQCS data entry.

Degree in natural resource management or related field.

High School diploma, General Education (GED), or equivalent required.

Meet requirements for the National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) standards for Prescribed Fire Burn Boss Type 2 (RXB2).

Currently qualified as Helicopter Crew Member (HECM) and/or Helicopter Manager (HMGB).

Forest or range fire control, fire prevention, or fire suppression work as a skilled wildland firefighter.

You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.

Utliizes a variety of specialzied tools, equipment and techniques while actively suppressing wildldand fires.

Performs relief, fills other positions as needed performs other duties as assigned by Yard Supervisor or Production Manager. (as needed)

Remove cement build-up from equipment by use of hammers and mallets that weigh between 1 and 10 pounds.
