Coordinating with PAD managers to ensure that outgoing filings, subpoenas, and correspondence are timely and error-free.
Staffing the PAD and OAG reception and tip lines as needed.
Drafting and preparing correspondence as needed.
Maintaining and updating PAD data, statistics, organizational information, and shared files to support PAD’s enforcement work;
Tracking PAD litigation, including case assignments and filing deadlines.

The 2023 Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training. The Recruiter will develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sources of potential candidates. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, including job postings, job fairs, and other recruitment events. The Recruiter will also be responsible for conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
