The Recruiter will develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sources of potential candidates. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, including job postings, job fairs, and other recruitment events. The Recruiter will also be responsible for conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
