You will collaborate with finance teams at portfolio companies to create quarterly and annual budgets

You will work collaboratively with deal teams, finance, accounting, legal and operations teams at K1

You are adaptable, results-oriented, and have an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

You have excellent analytical, strategic, and implementation skills

You have 0-3 years experience

You will present potential investments to K1’s Investment Committee alongside deal team members

Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, identify value creation opportunities, and provide ongoing support to portfolio management teams.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth transaction execution and post-investment integration.

1-3 years of experience at an Investment Bank in an M&A or Coverage Group.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information.

Leading FP&A projects identified by platform Senior Management and Managing Partners

2-4 years of experience in a financial role, M&A experience strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a similar area

Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Financial analysis and modeling experience, with a focus on cash flow

Familiarity with end-to-end M&A and corporate finance process
