Overview A 1st Shift Panner is responsible for preparing and cooking food items in a commercial kitchen. The 1st Shift Panner must be able to work independently and as part of a team. This includes prepping ingredients, following recipes, and cooking food items to order. The 1st Shift Panner must be able to work quickly and efficiently while adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
