Assist in hiring, disciplining, and terminating personnel with the involvement of the Manager and Corporate Human Resource Department.
Must have a Food Handler’s permit or Serve Safe Certification where required by law or policy.

The 1st Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to customers.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Developing and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ensuring the store is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Developing and implementing training programs for store staff.
• Assisting in the recruitment and selection of store staff.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitoring store performance and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
