Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Schedule projects, repairs, punch lists, and subcontractor work.

Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, refrigerator, freezer and dining rooms.

Prepares and labels nourishments according to center procedures. Delivers to resident areas.

Prepares and portions desserts, salads and other non-entrée foods into dishes. Pours beverages.

Follows Production sheets and Pre-Preparation Guides.

Painting experience is a plus

Maintaining building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition

Maintaining and repairing basic functions of the facility

Taking care of the tools and equipment

Changing filters on HVAC equipment

KPI’s may change at any time per management’s discretion.

Must possess a great personality, the ability to multitask, and have problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

1-3 years’ experience as a CCPA.

Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources, computer screens, and radiology exams.

Hearing: Adequate to perform job duties in person and over the telephone.

Must have knowledge of technical and professional skills management, general principles of human resource management, labor relations and hospital economics

Minimum 4 years recent hospital experience managing multiple departments in acute care facility.

Experience in physician relations or recruitment required.

Must be proficient in written and verbal communication skills
