Job Description

Position Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to promote and market youth programs through direct outreach, partnerships, business development and advertising to ensure full course enrollments.


Role Qualifications:

  • Track records of closing sales and securing new business.
  • Ability to work with partners to deliver program objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing and channel marketing.
  • 2-5 years experience in B2B marketing and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business development.
  • Excellent communications, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong business modeling and product strategy knowledge.
  • Excellent meeting preparation skills, and engagement with clients and partners.
  • Ability to track issues, risks and opportunities and to follow up on them.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop marketing plans for youth programs
  2. Secure enrollments in youth programs
  3. Develop product price models and optimize to ensure optimum enrollment.
  4. Develop marketing and advertising campaigns.
  5. Engage with partners and clients to develop business.
  6. Set up meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
  7. Develop marketing materials, data sheets, program overviews and product promotion messaging
  8. Develop email marketing and content.
  9. Draft press releases and website content.
  10. Utilize digital content (images, videos) to promote products.
  11. Track outcomes against marketing KPIs and refine plans and implementation strategies
  12. Utilize social media and channel marketing to close large scale enrollments.


Work Hours:

40 hours per week.
