Job Description
We are seeking ministry-minded individuals to be on our After School team for the 2023-2024 school year. The Youth Mentor’s primary role is fostering youth development in an after school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. We are looking for Youth Mentors who are devoted to excellence, wholeheartedness, and developing kids to reach their full potential! You have the chance to have an eternal impact and be a role model to kids in your community. Youth Mentors are non-exempt, part-time positions that average 17-20 hours per week.

At Mentoring Alliance After School, we hire teachers, youth workers, teen workers, college students, mentors and more to serve and develop kids in our programs. As a Christian ministry we are geared toward serving kids and students in our community by offering awesome after school care and activities.

Mentoring Alliance exists to mobilize godly people into the lives of kids and families, to provide tangible help and eternal hope. Our Youth Mentors must have the desire to influence, impact and serve the kids and families in our community. Why? Because each and every staff position with us is an integral part of our mission and vision. We consider all Youth Mentors to be first and foremost a Minister of the Gospel.

  • Do you take pride in helping kids develop to their full potential?
