This role is responsible for moving and distributing materials, products, tools and equipment within Consigli’s warehouses and yard. The Yard Assistant will assist in loading and unloading trucks for deliveries. The Yard Assistant is responsible for proper storage of products and keeping the premises organized and clean.
Required Skills

• Responsible for moving and storing material and maintaining a neat and orderly yard and grounds
• Assist in the testing, inspection, maintenance and repair of tools and equipment
• Other duties as assigned per supervisor and supply and equipment division
• Will deliver and pick-up equipment from jobsites from time to time.
• Loads and unloads materials, parts or products onto or from pallets, skids and conveyors or trucks
• Reports unusual difficulties regarding machines and equipment
• Operate tools and equipment as required

Required Experience

• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Adapts well to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Hard work ethic and a willingness to learn about construction equipment and tools.
• Follows instructions, responds to management direction.

Working Conditions And Physical Requirements

• This role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs
• A valid Driver’s license is required
• This role requires the ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
