Summary of job

• Additional responsibilities include time spent at the office/warehouse doing machine set-up and repair. A pro-active attitude toward continuous improvement of the work is needed.
• Primary responsibility is to help the service team install and maintain medical x-ray systems in various types of medical clinics throughout Utah. Typical workdays consist of driving from the office in Midvale to jobsites around Utah to set up, install, move, or maintain x-ray equipment.
• Must be willing to work after hours occasionally as needed.
• Travel reimbursement will be given. Overnight travel is rare.
• Hours of operation are 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to climb ladders with tools, kneel and lie on floors while servicing equipment.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of x-ray systems is beneficial but not necessary. Training will be given on the job to work on the x-ray systems alongside experienced technicians who will provide training.
• Computer proficiency is a plus. The more the better.
• A background in mechanical or electrical work is helpful.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be legally employable in the United States.
• Must be willing to work alongside and with customers, demonstrating professionalism and respect at all times.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED. College degree is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
• Must be able to sit and stand for 8 hours.
• Basic knowledge of machinery, electronics, electricity, electrical power systems, and hand tools.
• Must be able to see, hear, and observe general surroundings.
• Must demonstrate professional demeanor, appearance, dress, and language at all times.
• Mechanical aptitude is a must.
• Must be able to work with team members in a positive, respectful, and safe manner.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle to job sites daily.
• Must pass a drug and background test.

Pay Range

• Pay range is $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
