Xfinity wants you to enroll our customers for FREE INTERNET SERVICE / WiFi in your local Walmart Supercenter

New national legislation (Affordable Connectivity Program) has just been passed which will qualify many residents to receive High-Speed Internet (100mbgt - 1 Gig Speeds) for absolutely Free or Discounted Rates!

We are seeking local representatives to engage potential customers in your local Walmart Supercenter to quickly determine eligibility and enroll customers to this fantastic program!

You will be the face of one of the nation's most recognized, top-of-the-line, cutting-edge tech products. You’ll be trained to answer questions, as well as use a consultative enrollment approach to build value with new and existing customers.

This is a permanent position, with great opportunity for growth within our organization!

Who Qualifies for the ACP Program?
Households and individuals who are currently enrolled in ANY of the following Programs:

• Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
• Medicaid
• Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
• Temporary Assistance for NeedyFamilies (TANF)
• Proof income is 135% or less than federal poverty guidelines
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
• Federal Public Housing (including Section 8, Multi-family units, and Public Housing Authorities)

All agents will go through a training course to develop a full understanding of the specific Xfinity products and the government program they'll be representing. A key focus of the training will be on determining eligibility and quickly enrolling a customer.

As an enrollment specialist, the core overall responsibility is creating the absolute best possible customer experience imaginable. Being the face of Kinetic means you’ll need to be upbeat, positive, fun, and enthusiastic.
