Work From Home Continuous Improvement Specialist

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for people who are proactive, dynamic, with great organizational skills, used to multi-tasking, and with marked attention to detail.

As part of the team, you will:

• Train in the area on continuous improvement philosophy, tools and techniques, and continuous improvement practices
• Support and assist the Continuous Improvement Manager
• Define effective procedures from the scratch and sign off on those created by others based on predefined criteria
• Execute several distinct pre-defined in-house audits
• Analyze, update, and improve pre-defined internal processes for the Continuous Improvement area and other areas of the company

Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:

• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Previous work on repetitive predefined tasks
• Previous experience in Continuous Improvement or similar roles (auditing, process definition, etc)
