What You Will Do As A Licensed Insurance Agent, EIG

• A Monday to Friday schedule! We are currently hiring for our 10:30 to 19:00 CST shift, which includes a 30-minute lunch break.

• You are only P&C licensed in one state: We want you to come in and hit the ground running straight out of training! We want you to get to the earnings of our top performers in the first few weeks on the job and being licensed to sell in multiple states will get you a few steps closer to making that happen! Our goal is to have all of our agents licensed nationwide and we will support you in acquiring the licenses you are missing, but we also want to make sure you can achieve a stable income even before that! What You Will Bring As A Licensed Insurance Agent, EIG

• Experience selling in multiple states and quoting multiple carriers
• A stable internet connection of at least 30mbps down 10mpbs up and wired.
• To be a record-breaking seller with multiple active general lines Property & Casualty Insurance licenses. The more, the better!
• Background in Customer Service
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience in a call center environment
• If you’re licensed in all 51 states, you’ll be sure to cut the line and make it to the top of our interviewing list! Not to mention the sign-on bonus!
• Experience using a comparative rater (EZLynx preferred)

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*: $20.00 hourly Plus Commission

*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
