Job Description
Summary
Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care program (SACC) is currently hiring a full-time Assistant Site Leader in Brentwood, College Grove, Fairview, Franklin, and Nolensville
Assistant Site Leaders assist managing and supporting the day-to-day operation at school locations within an assigned region. They provide onsite leadership, provide child care support, assist with scheduling, and planning.. Required hours are 6:15-9 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. with required administrative hours during the day and trainings. During full days should be available for 8 hour shifts between 6:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Should have child care, management, and administrative experience.

Duties
Responsibilities for position include
  • Building relationships with students, staff, parents and school admin
  • Maintaining DOE state compliance
  • Overseeing before and after school programming for students in K through fifth grade
  • Supervising staff and students
  • Communicating with parents
  • Create staff and student schedules
  • Participate in the leadership development training and team meetings

Requirements
Requirements for position include
  • Current First Aid/ CPR certification
  • Successfully pass background check
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma, degree preferred
