Job Description

Belmont Village Sabre Springs - Now Hiring Full-Time Wellness Coordinator (LVN) for Assisted Living & Memory Care community

Excellent growth potential! Assists the Director of Nursing with clinical administrative functions & hands-on clinical care, as needed, including medication administration.

Compensation: $40/hr - $41/hr

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Coordinating communication and follow up with doctors, pharmacy and family members to support nursing wellness initiatives.
  • Assisting in maintaining and training of infection control and hazard communication programs for Belmont Village.
  • Providing medication administration as needed for residents as specified in individual service plan.
  • Assisting our Director of Resident Care Services in maintaining regulatory compliance and enhancing resident satisfaction in our reliable nursing services.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Professional attitude with proper telephone etiquette
  • Demonstrated successful organizational and data entry skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Current LVN / LPN License with a minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative assistant capacity
