Welders (Mig/Tig/Stick)

Position: Welder (MIG/TIG/Stick)

Location: Raleigh - Durham, NC

Pay: $17-$25 + / per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking experienced Welders with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding for our multiple openings in Raleigh - Durham area of North Carolina. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding various components in accordance with project specifications and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all welds.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of welding equipment and tools including welding machines, grinders, saws, and cutting torches.
• Perform welding on a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Always adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure the quality of welds by conducting visual inspections and using appropriate testing equipment.

Qualifications And Requirements

Entry-Level Welder:

• Completion of a welding program or relevant welding experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with welding techniques and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of welding safety procedures.

Experienced Welder

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• AWS certification or ability to pass skills test is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in welding various materials including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.

Senior Welder

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• AWS certification or ability to pass skills test is a plus.
• Ability to weld a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and ability to train others on welding techniques.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
