Read and interpret drawings to determine specific welding requirements Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards of Eder Flag AWS certified process o Ability to obtain and hold AWS certification through Eder Flag Provide a high level of attention to detail Fabricating custom items and prototypes Weld extensions onto flagpoles Operate various cutting machines Shoe-bases flagpoles Pole Top Adaptor (various sizes) Roof and tire mount 6” Vertical Wall Bracket Non-tangle rods (Various sizes) Welding of new threads to the top of flagpoles Yard Arms Halyard Covers Produce all stock and must ship work orders
