Water Treatment Technician Jobs

We are a leading water treatment business seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installations, maintenance, and repair work on water treatment equipment. You will also provide technical support and assist customers with any issues related to water treatment systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance and repair work on water treatment equipment, including softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and filters.
- Troubleshoot issues with water treatment systems and devise solutions to minimize downtime.
- Respond to service calls and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose mechanical and technical problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of their water treatment systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of service calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a service technician role, preferably in the water treatment industry.
- Knowledge of water treatment system components, functionality, and installation.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting ability.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
