Waste Management Specialist Jobs

Job Responsibilities

-Provide waste collection services for new EV plant in Savannah, including both general waste and hazardous waste.

- Discovering/negotiating with waste management companies, conducting audit

-Coordinating and managing the schedule with the waste management companies

-On site management of waste collection, operation, ensuring timely and proper collection.

-Communication with clients, addressing their requests and requirments.

-Audit, analyzing and collate EHS performance data and proposes effective improvements -Ensure any plant hazardous waste

-maintaining waste contracts

-improve workspace condition

-Coaching employees regarding various EHS topics as needed -Performing daily transactional duties such as filing, collecting information and preparing monthly invoices. -complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment.

-manage waste treatment

-interpretation, technical advice, institute policies are in compliance

-accountability of assigned areas and provides functional direction -Initiative: identifies problems and takes action to address current or future problems

-Working conditions: 3 month probation period, Office setting, repetitive standing, walking within and between buildings, occasional travel to off-site meetings
