Warehouse Worker Jobs

Job Location: Berthoud, CO
Compensation: $17 to $18/Hour (Plus $3.00/Hour Incentive)
Sun Mountain Custom Doors, an industry-leading manufacturer of custom doors and other
architectural millwork products, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join its team, working at the
company's factory location just off I-25 near Johnstown, Colorado (just south of Loveland). The
work shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (four ten-hour days). Overtime
is frequent (but not guaranteed), and the candidate must be available to work overtime on some
weekdays or on Fridays (with weekends free). No experience is necessary as paid training will
be provided. A significant incentive bonus of up to $3.00 per hour is also included, increasing
the hourly wage above the listed range (will be discussed during interview/at hire).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pulling materials for manufacturing departments, shipping, and maintaining inventories.
• Printing reports/schedules and referencing them to complete job orders.
• Handling and safely moving materials including doors and architectural millwork.
• Taking direction from the supervisor to ensure work is completed.
• Complying with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Accessing information via computer.
• Working in cooperation with a small group.
• Unloading and receiving materials.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Experience moving large or bulky products.
• Forklift operation experience (training and certification will be provided, as needed).
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Good math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Proven reliability and dependability.
• Flexibility, including the ability to adapt to changes in priority.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 125 pounds.
• Safety glasses must be worn at all times.
