Warehouse Worker (Afternoons) Jobs

Shift for this position is: Monday/Tuesday/Friday from 2:00pm-12:30am and Saturday from 11:00am-9:30pm.

Position starts at $19.00/hr.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Staging and preparing product for shipment
• Picking, packing and shipping medical supplies in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Operating warehouse equipment and tools as necessary

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience preferred
• Good written communication skills
• Role will require extensive walking and is physically demanding
• Proficient in Microsoft office preferred
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Previous warehouse equipment operation is desired
