Location: North Las Vegas, NV—On site

Shift: Dayshift (Monday - Friday to start with flexibility to change as we roll out new shifts)


Primary Purpose: The Warehouse Training Clerk will work in our new fulfillment center in North Las Vegas, performing various tasks in development and training, in different departments including inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, and shipping.

  • Onboarding and Orientation: Assists in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring they understand Tapestry policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Training Coordinator Support: Schedules and organizes training sessions for employees, including arranging resources, rooms, and equipment, and communicating with relevant departments.
  • Training Material Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and instructional videos, to support employee development.
  • Training Records Management: Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of employee training, progress, and certifications, ensuring compliance with Tapestry and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all training activities and materials comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as OSHA regulations and other safety requirements.
  • Employee Support: Provides ongoing support to employees by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with any additional training needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, such as human resources, operations, and safety, to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals and to ensure consistency across the distribution center.
  • Conduct safety observations, analytics, and recommend process improvements.
  • Complete other Operations clerical duties as assigned.

The accomplished individual will possess...


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including MS Word and Powerpoint.
  • Strong decision-making, problem solving, organizational and follow up skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • More than one year of experience in a clerical, customer service or related warehouse function.

An outstanding professional will have…


  • Three or more years of support roles within Logistics, Distribution, or related warehouse functions
  • College degree
