What you will do:


Provide leadership and expertise for loaner kit/order fulfillment. Oversee the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers to include: order entry; picking, shipping, tracking and usage. Track inventory accurately, record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimize inventory utilization. Maintain a state of constant audit readiness. Implement processes that optimize and track warehouse inventory, which accounts for up to 50% of Branch’s inventory assets.

  • Use computers to enter, access, retrieve data
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors
  • Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch.
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)
  • Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery shipments
  • Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates etc.
  • Coordinate Drivers and routes - shipments, etc.
  • Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages
  • Utilize processes and tools for scheduling surgeries
  • Schedule and lead meetings with team members to update on new policies/procedures, schedules and incidents
  • Maintain account records, reporting and filing
  • Support management in preparation for branch audits
  • Track service levels and problem solve any discrepancies
  • Participate in on-call rotation schedule
  • Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products
  • Organize, retrieve or place goods from/into stock received via multiple sources
  • Schedule, train, coach, discipline, performance management and evaluation, compensation management, recruitment and terminations.
  • Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace deliveries
  • Assess product delivery choices
  • Meet established metrics for operations (i.e. turns, service levels)
  • Cycle count activities
  • Manage best practice implementation to meet/exceed business goals and standards
  • Manage inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies
  • Process orders for products
  • Investigate customer complaints
  • Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage

What you need:

  • Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
  • Demonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment preferred
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience lieu of a Bachelor's degree required

$62,700 - $97,400 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
