As a Warehouse Packing and Shipping Operator, you are a key player in our operations, monitoring and executing tasks pertaining to the packing and shipping of rail cars, trucks, and super stacks. You are responsible for promoting safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant production to meet the demands of internal and external customers.

• Experienced in operating equipment (pallet jack, forklift, manual carts, scanners, computers, etc.)

• You have a technical certificate and 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma plus 3 years of relevant experience

What you'll do in the role:

• Upon completion of training, move rail car and/or coordinate with outside rail companies to facilitate timely deliveries
• Responsible for offloading carbon black into the required pack type
• Assume an active role in the training on plant operations as necessary to support the overall plant operation
• Direct and execute the logistics of all product shipments to customers
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Partner with laboratory, commercial, and operations leadership to ensure product shipments meet product specifications
• Support day operations of shift organization
• Work closely with the laboratory team on sampling and ensuring product specifications are being met

Your environment:

This position is located in Hallam, NE. Nebraska residency is required.
