JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Dairy farms are at the core of everything we do - so we need them stocked with supplies. We are in need of a warehouse operator to help distribute essential supplies to our partners so that the flow of milk can keep moovin' along. This is a vital role in pulling, loading, and delivery of supplies from our warehouse to our dairies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills & Abilities:

• General knowledge in use of handheld scanners
• Ability to operate forklift with certification
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
• Requires ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend written instructions
• Must be detail oriented

Experience:

• Driving experience with Class A CDL, Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements
• Previous warehouse experience required

Education/Certifications:

• CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
• High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent
• Clean driving record with current MVR
• Truck Driving School certificate

Physical Requirements:

• Requires ability to hear and speak in all conditions
• Requires the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment
• Requires ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift and carry items up to 55lbs
• Requires ability receive inventory and rotate stock as needed
• Requires the ability to climb stairs occasionally
• Requires the ability to safely operate a forklift daily
• Requires the ability to push and pull large items up to 150lbs
• Requires the ability to safely operate a company vehicle
• Requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods
• Requires ability to work in hot conditions
• Requires ability to visually observe the condition of surroundings
• Requires the ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals wearing proper PPE

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive inventory and pull product place stock in appropriate warehouse locations
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Perform forklift inspections as required by OSHA
• Oversee and maintain proper inventory levels
• Perform general site maintenance, clean and maintain warehouse
• Ability to drive, deliver, and unload supplies to dairies as needed
• Prepare loads for delivery to various dairy farms throughout Arizona
• Ability to read labels and check loads for accuracy
