Description:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and handling the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations for Aerin Medical’s products, components, and supplies. The primary duties include ensuring the warehouse space complies with the company’s policies and vision, managing the warehouse space efficiently, and supporting the reconciliation of inventory accuracy with the system. The warehouse manager also assists in shipments of products and components to and from vendors and customers in a secure, accurate, & timely manner.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately complete all paperwork for manufacturing release, lot control, and traceability.
  • Supports in overseeing the sterilization process, scheduling runs, and filling out the appropriate paperwork.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Works cross-functionally with Operations, QA/RA, and Customer Service
  • Collaborate with customer service in order fulfillment and finished product distribution/shipment to customer and distribution centers as needed.
  • Identify any shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Lead and perform cycle counts and physical counts for the warehouse.
  • Manage stock control and reconciles with the data storage system.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork for manufacturing lot control and traceability.
  • Manage shipping logistics relating to component and finished goods, including import/export control.
  • Day-to-day operations of the warehouse and inventory storage locations.
  • Ensure the warehouse is operating in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Maintain all labeling, signage, and organization of components, products, and returned goods of any products in the warehouse.
Requirements:


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of performing routine physical counts or cycle counts within a warehouse.
  • Minimum of 3 years of performing warehouse transactions within an ERP system, NetSuite preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience in a medical manufacturing environment.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to convey information in a clear and understandable way.
  • Ability to promote a positive work environment by practicing good communication and teamwork.
  • Experience working within medical device quality systems including FDA, ISO, and California state regulations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact professionally.
  • Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work on-site during warehouse operating hours.
  • Able to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment for moving large shipments.
  • Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments, while complying with verbal and written instructions.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Ability and demonstrated willingness to learn, improve, and adapt.
