Warehouse Lead Jobs

Your responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Team Lead to be responsible for overseeing multiple sorting, inspection and rework jobs within an automotive manufacturing facility. 1st Shift -$20.00 HourlyBenefits (medical, dental and vision) start within 30 days! The key responsibilities of the Team Lead include, but are not limited to the following:

•  Travel required (5 surrounding locations) looking for a candidate that is flexible
•  Train inspectors on inspection jobs
•  Communicate with Customers on scheduling needs and job revisions
•  Scheduling employees, work flow, process improvements, safety

Your profile

Minimum Requirements

•  1 years of lead/supervisory experience
•  Previouse experience in Quality and manufacturing
•  Basic math skills required
•  Strong communication skills
•  Computer skills. Excel, word, etc.
