Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of mezzanines, catwalks and roof tops of office areas
• All other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager/Supervisor
• Help support maintenance department as directed by Supervisor or Manager
• Pick up empty trash receptacles and pick up cardboard and plastic and bale items in order to reduce
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Assist mechanics when needed to help or support equipment repairs and PM’s, new installation on project
• Clean up various types of spills and disposes of wastes while adhering to company procedures. Clean up
• Waste volume to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Toxic spills according to federal, state and local regulations in order to maintain a clean and safe work
• Operate Compactors/Balers
• Sweep, scrub and mop warehouse floors using such equipment as a power sweeper and scrubber
