Job Description
Position Summary The Coordinator Warehousing is a member of the local Operations team and ensures equipment and supplies are readily available for rental or purchase orders. The Coordinator Warehousing works in close cooperation with Coordinator/Manager Fulfillment and the Planner, communicating with colleagues and occasionally with third parties. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Management of: The receipt and registration of any inbound shipments. Inspections of all received inbound shipments. Performing all necessary sanitation and repacking procedures. Proactively managing inventory of minimum stock levels of consumables, portfolio equipment. Initiating resupply purchases of consumables and portfolio equipment with known vendors. Ensure inventory is being stored securely and safely in identifiable warehouse locations. Ensuring all inventory information is up to date and accurate. Maintain oversight of minimum stock thresholds for equipment supplies and packaging materials and orders replenishment as needed. Proactively monitoring product expiration dates. Monitoring rejected inventory and the appropriate records to support the rejection. Managing the quarantine area and ensuring proper disposal of rejected materials. Maintain the appropriate storage conditions, as indicated on the products; keeping a log of recorded temperature and/or humidity to prove storage conditions were, prior to shipping the products. Ensures daily execution/ processing of: New equipment/supplies: matching with corresponding Purchase Order and communicating any deviations to the Procurement Team. Timely performing visual and functional inspections. Order picking. Performing electrical safety testing of equipment. Ensuring all actions and stock changes are appropriately documented in the system. Assigning equipment that failed initial inspection, to the Technical Services team for maintenance, repair and/or calibration. Documenting any findings in the appropriate application and sharing this information with relevant teams to allow for timely finalizations and/or follow-up with vendors by the Procurement team. Attend assigned training and workshops to maintain and advance knowledge of equipment and services provided by the company and industry standards. Periodical management and/ or execution of: Ensuring continuous improvement and overall quality (training, development, coaching and certification) of team members. Timely identification of increasing resource needs. Discuss daily execution/ processing Frequent contact with global colleagues. Frequent contact with peers. Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by: Reading, understanding, and adhering to company procedures, policies, and standard operating procedures ("SOP's"). Maintain current knowledge of new trends and innovations in the field of storing equipment: evaluate their impact and suggest improvements. Ensuring compliance to applicable safety and security standards, procedures, and policies Contributes to team effort by: Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes. Helping others to accomplish results. Performing other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by management. Qualifications Education Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent working proficiency through experience. Experience and Additional Skills 5+ years' experience in a similar work environment. Fluent in English (verbal and writing). Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. Training and understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Detail oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignment with various deadlines. Experience working with computer software including MS office applications. Working Conditions Travel : 0% Lifting : N.A.
