We are looking for an Warehouse Associate to serve as a member of our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is a team player who is self-motivated and hard-working. Each team member is crucial to the overall success of the team and we expect each person to contribute their ideas for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be a single area of the warehouse as listed below. You will also be cross-trained in other areas of the Distribution Center and are expected to demonstrate teamwork and help fellow team members as needed.
Monday & Tuesday- Warehouse (back up route driver)
Thursday & Friday- Overnight Drive

• Assists in selling Larson-Juhl and products to our customers
• Driving a 20 foot box truck on a specified delivery route
• Ability to work within a timeline for delivery
• Loading & unloading of the delivery truck while helping out in the warehouse on a regular basis
• Occasional Travel (short notice)
• Collection of all COD’s
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Pull and process Mats, Lengths and Supplies for incoming orders and replenish inventory
• Maintains truck for repair and cleanliness
• Chop, inspect for quality, measure and wrap chops/ joins (wedge)
• Shag - pulling & preparing orders for saw operators
• Distribute pick-up orders and provide overall service for our customers
• Receiving - replenishment of inventory

What You Need To Be Successful

• Warehouse/production environment experience
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• H.S. diploma or GED, preferred
• High attention to detail
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
• Experience as a route driver, 2-3 years preferred
• Good communication skills for enhanced teamwork
• Can read and recognize product variations
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving history

Starting salary $18-20 depending on experience
