Job Description
Warehouse Associate – Packer/Unpacker (Part-time, Day shift)
The Warehouse Associate will contribute to the success of Corkcicle by performing warehouse and logistics tasks as a liaison between Corkcicle warehouses. They will be responsible for a variety of duties that include, packing & unpacking and order fulfillment. This position is based in Lawrenceville, GA. Schedule is Monday through Friday with 4 hour shifts/flexible to discuss hours. Pay rate is up to $17 per hour for qualified candidates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General
  • Properly pack and prepare finished product for shipping.
  • Unpack and stage product for production team.
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory.
  • Achieve job and departmental objectives outlined throughout the year.
  • Process product shipments by creating labels in UPS shipment software.
  • Effectively interact with the team at the main warehouse, print warehouse and Orlando HQ in regards to product status, shipment, delivery.

  • Reports to the Logistics & Operations Manager.

  • Take ½ hour unpaid meal break if working an 8 hour shift.
QUALIFICATIONS – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse and/or logistics experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be trained on all equipment and procedures.
  • Ability to learn, reference and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warehouse setting.
  • Some experience with computer software is preferred (Microsoft Office, database software).
  • Ability to manage high volume production with high accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work within the core hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional needs to work overtime, outside of core hours / weekdays.
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / FLSA STATUS
  • Indoor, warehouse environment. The warehouse noise level is moderately loud to loud.
  • Part-time/Non-Exempt/Hourly. Not Benefits Eligible
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time while performing work. Must be able to reach and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
