Team Leadership

• Lead high performing senior sourcing and procurement professionals and their respective teams across a global footprint with a presence across North America, and Asia.
• Develop, sponsor, and execute impactful procurement initiatives across the business to drive maturation of process and value
• Primary procurement liaison between global offices, and supply chain leadership team.

Procurement

• Identifies and commits to procurement initiatives and cost saving targets in support of the annual operating plan.
• Responsible for oversight and both direct and indirect spend across the ACR family of companies.
• Influences and establishes relationships with key business stakeholders to support organizational procurement goals and objectives.
• Develops, and leads ACR supplier relationship management program including scorecards, strategy, and business reviews.
• Works in partnership with finance to develop cost of goods sold targets for the annual operating plan, and projections.
• Sets procurement strategy for the organization to drive value and mitigate risk.
• Develops and grows strategic supplier relationships to leverage Best-in-Class supplier partners that support and drive business strategies.
• Develops and conducts Request for Proposals (RFPs) strategies for key spend categories.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to present to executive-level management, contract providers and vendors
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in global procurement with minimum 3 years managing procurement function
• Experience with international sourcing
• Experience developing and implementing successful strategic sourcing practices
• Bachelors or master’s degree (preferred) in supply chain management or related field

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• APICS or Procurement Professional Certified, a plus
• Bilingual preferred (English & Mandarin) preferred
