  • Lead Technology team in all aspects of full life-cycle development, including requirements analysis, system design, as well as unit and integration testing, with documentation throughout.
  • Optimize IT operational efficiencies. Research and identify emerging technologies that ensure the sustainability of the architecture, while maintaining quality as the business continues to scale.
  • Lead training sessions: develop training manuals, guidelines, and activities to support operations, security, process changes, and best practices.
  • Discover, develop, and maintain an in-depth understanding of the industry, trends, and client needs.
  • Provide leadership to drive execution and provide guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
  • Develop and implement operational and security policies and procedures to ensure appropriate controls and governance are in place for information resources across the enterprise. Select cross-functional members and lead the Wilen Information Security Group to ensure appropriate oversight and management of security related activities.
