We are looking for an experienced VP of Operations for our Division 8 company, who specializes in Division 8 or has a construction/manufacturing background.
As the VP of Operations, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our strategic operational vision. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, ensuring quality and safety standards, and leading a team of operational managers. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in operations management, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. What You Will Be Doing
As VP of Operations, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies. You will manage projects, coordinate logistics, monitor budgets, and ensure the optimal utilization of resources. In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing the development of division 8 and division 10 products, and providing cost-effective solutions for lean/six-sigma projects.
What You Need for this Position

• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and implement operational strategies
• Knowledge of purchasing, distribution, and logistics strategy
• Proven track record in operations management
• Experience in driving continuous improvement and implementing Lean/Six-sigma/Business Operating System concepts
• Understanding of quality management principles and ability to ensure compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
