Job Overview:

The VP, Operations Strategy primary responsibility serves as an advisor, driving communication, collaboration, and alignment. The role serves as a coordinator of executive-level decision-making, ensuring that the mission, vision and principles are properly developed and communicated across teams.
Responsibilities:

  • Support the executive team to drive special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Apply advanced PowerPoint skills to prepare influential executive-level presentations related to Operations Transformation efforts (35%)
  • Establish and maintain effective management and reporting systems across operations
  • Create internal and external communications for the EVP: drafting company newsletters, executive talking points for functions such as town halls and/or other LPL functions
  • Plan, coordinate and keep the contents of weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings focused and meaningful
  • Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and department-wide deliverables
  • Act as an adviser to the department leads and key senior business partners
  • Identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization
  • Bring diverse groups together in order to drive collaborative management
  • Regularly works with team members of all levels, strongly developed written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Providing tactical support to implement ideas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business or a related discipline preferred)
  • 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry

Pay Range:

$119,120-$178,680/year

The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
