Recruiting Organization CSU STEM VISTA


The CSU STEM VISTA program is seeking 19 passionate individuals who are interested in applying their skills, knowledge, and talents for one year as national service leaders focused on STEM student success efforts across the California State University (CSU).


As a CSU STEM VISTA member, you will be placed at one of the CSU’s 23 universities and become part of a cohort of VISTA members committed to eliminating race, class, and gender disparities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) undergraduate degree and teacher education programs.


The scope of leadership experiences that CSU STEM VISTA will offer you are vast and varied, and don’t require you to have a STEM degree! Opportunities range from developing career pathways for STEM students, coordinating first year STEM family events, developing workshops for STEM faculty, collaborating with university alumni, community leaders, and cultural centers.
