Job Description
USTechland, a leading Internet company, is seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually stunning graphics and interfaces that provide the best possible user experience. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our web and app designs meet the highest standards.


The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and great creative abilities, with a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be joining a dynamic team of designers, developers, and programmers who collaborate and innovate regularly to create the best possible solutions for our clients.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency and continuity across multiple platforms and projects
  • Work with developers and programmers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for review and feedback
  • Ensure that all designs meet high standards for user experience, usability, and accessibility
  • Design visually stunning graphics and interfaces for web and app platforms
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to discuss design concepts and requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies


Requirements


  • At least 3 years of experience as a Visual Designer in the Internet industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design and prototyping tools
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
  • A strong portfolio of previous design work that demonstrates your creative abilities and design skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages is a plus
