Virtual Travel Agent Jobs

We are seeking a Virtual Travel Agent to join our team. As a virtual travel agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and activities. You will work remotely and communicate with clients through various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Collect payments from clients
• Ensure all bookings adhere to company policies and procedures
• Manage client itineraries and make any necessary changes or updates
• Provide recommendations based on clients’ preferences and budget
• Book reservations for clients using online booking systems
• Research and analyze travel options such as flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, tours, and activities

Requirements:

• Comfortable using digital platforms such as email, instant messaging apps etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree required.
• Must have good problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• No experience necessary; we provide training.
