In this role, you ensure high quality, cost-effective nursing and related services to patients, physicians, and appropriate customer groups. You will function as a clinical expert within the service area and assists the unit Manager in the management of the unit including quality improvement activities. You will also interact with patients and staff on an ongoing basis.
General Requirements:
- Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of nursing leadership and supervision as normally obtained through a bachelor’s degree in nursing with three years of RN experience in acute care or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education:
- An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
License/Certification:
- Other certifications may be required as identified in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required
- Candidate must have an RN license in the state of Idaho
