Video & Production Internship (Paid)

Paradigm Digital Group is hiring a video intern for the Summer 2023. The internship will begin on May 16th, 2023. Paradigm Digital Group is a leading digital marketing agency for the transportation & logistics, vocational, trade school, career training, and education industries across North America. We are a full-service marketing agency and our video team creates more than 500 videos annually.

As a video intern, you’ll provide key help in producing high-quality video content supporting our clients' marketing and communication efforts. You should have basic experience with the video production process from scripting, shooting, editing, and delivery and be working towards a degree in a related field.

Intern Responsibilities

• You will work closely with the video editor and video production manager on setting up projects, organizing files and executing edits.
• The intern role will be able to work on various projects supporting online videos, social media, TV and marketing across multiple platforms for various clients.

What you will do during internship

• Assist individual Video team members with other administrative duties.
• Assist with video post-production workflow tasks.
• Edit multiple videos, including interview and b-roll packages.
• Label and upload video and photo assets to internal platforms and partner platforms.

Intern Requirements

• Previous internship experience in a related field is a plus!
• Receptiveness to feedback.
• Experience with video gear.
• Good communication skills.
• Skilled in video editing software - Adobe Premiere Pro. Photoshop and other Creative Cloud apps. After Effects is a plus!
• Positive attitude.
• As of Spring 2023, you have completed your sophomore or junior year of college.
• Internship will run May 16th – August 12th, or longer if available.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Video, Communications or related from an accredited educational institution.
• Able to drive to Noblesville, IN office, this is not remote.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hour shift
