The Atlantic Group is representing an opportunity for a Vice President of Operations with phenomenal growth potential. An immerging construction service company is in need of a Vice President of Operations to help manage and grow the business in the Lehigh Valley area. Our client primarily focuses on healthcare projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients.
• Mentor, train, educate team on client’s procedures and protocols.
• Develop and maintain existing client relationships.
• Make executive corporate decisions with Owner and CFO.
• Manage project team including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Assistant Superintendents for any given project.
• Work directly with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to successfully deliver projects.

Requirements:

• Must have experience managing healthcare construction projects.
• 15+ years of experience in the commercial and healthcare industries.
• 5+ years of experience in a management role.
• Business development skills highly desired.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
