Key Responsibilities

Build strong, unbreakable executive-client relationships by demonstrating expertise in client businesses, marketing, and industry insights.
Champion the use of proprietary strategic tools and data-driven insights to achieve marketing excellence.
Serve as the point person for senior clients, leading client communications and shaping their marketing priorities.
Mentor and coach junior media professionals, fostering a culture of growth and development within our agency.
Required Qualifications
10-15+ years of experience in media and/or advertising leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading and inspiring diverse marketing/advertising teams.
Exceptional leadership skills with a commitment to talent attraction, development, and retention.
A visionary leader with a drive to elevate business performance.
Strong expertise in various media channels and marketing options.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in both traditional and digital media (media buying and/or planning experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., ASANA), and Google Workspace.
