Job Description

QLM Search is partnering a highly Private Equity backed Packaging Group that is looking to appoint a VP Manufacturing.


Reporting to the COO, this role will be responsible for driving best in class operational performance across three complex manufacturing facilities.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the COO to build integrated processes in supply chain by working with all functions in the Group and tracking performance through effective KPIs, budgeting and forecasting
  • Leading, influencing and developing a world class team responsible for manufacturing, engineering, quality, and CI activities
  • Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodologies
  • Full responsibility for the manufacturing strategy


You must have the ability to lead and motivate a large team combined with a strategic approach to implementing innovation and technology to drive operating performance.
