Cascadia is seeking a Vice President to join our Industrials team. This is a unique opportunity to join our firm and play a key role in Cascadia’s continued growth and success. The Vice President takes the lead on most aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence, marketing materials, client communication, structuring and negotiations. The VP will also play a key role in business development, marketing outreach, client pitches. Typical advisory transactions include sell-side M&A and capital raises on behalf of middle market privately held clients.


Responsibilities include:

· Leads day-to-day oversight and execution of client engagements

· Management and mentorship of analyst and associate team members

· Oversees the creation of and review/refinement of financial models and client materials

· Manages due diligence efforts working directly with management teams and investor groups

· Conducting extensive company and industry analyses

· Supports ongoing business development efforts, including pitch books, target identification, participation in prospect calling programs and writing industry reports

· Plays a leadership role in firmwide initiatives, including recruiting, training, staffing and marketing initiatives


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

· 6-7 years of middle market investment banking experience

· Experience specifically in Industrials, Industrial Technology, Logistics Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Energy Transition, or Advanced Manufacturing

· Experience successfully leading deal execution

· Outstanding quantitative and technical skills

· Strong financial modeling, finance and accounting skills

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· Experience managing and developing junior team members.

· Strong client management/client service skills

· VP level investment banking experience with a focus on mergers & acquisition and equity and debt capital raises

· FINRA Series 79 and 63

· BA/BS degree with demonstrated academic excellence.


This is a hybrid role. The base salary for this role is $175,000. In addition to base salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
