Job Description

Rello Search Partners is conducting an exclusive search for a VP of Finance with Manufacturing/ Pharma industry experience. If you have an appetite for challenge and to work with a rapidly growing company, this is a great opportunity with tremendous upside and equity.


Ideal candidates will be local to the Tampa Bay area and coming from a manufacturing or pharma related industry.


This position will have strong exposure and interaction and presentations to executives as well as conducting board presentations. If you are seeking a position where you can be challenged and have a seat at the table, making an impact while contributing to the company’s financial success; this is a great opportunity.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Create full visibility to opportunities and risks related to achieving EBITDA target
  • Create presentation decks for weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews
  • Complete Acquisition investment modeling
  • Generate reports and disseminate information to functional leaders, driving cost savings and productivity improvements
  • Heavy involvement with monthly forecasting, strategic planning and budgeting processes
  • Serve as advisor to CFO, ensuring full alignment on team and company-wide objectives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Experience with Financial Analysis, Ad Hoc, Modeling, KPI’s
  • Ability to create, understand and modify complex spreadsheets in modeling financial data
  • Experience with monthly revenue recognition
  • Proficient in financial concepts (business process knowledge) & understanding of financial statements
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting


Salary $200-225 + BONUS + EQUITY
