Vice President Finance Jobs

We supply products and services to channel partners in the essential vertical markets of Transportation and Critical Infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the budgeting process.
• Provide leadership and direction to accounting department staff.
• Maintain company banking relationships.
• Coordinate the preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly reports.
• Oversee all accounting/finance operations, including but not limited to; payables, receivables, payroll, tax preparations and growth forecasting.
• Process financial activities for the company, to maximize the company’s process and plan for growth.
• Manage the property, casualty and executive risk insurance programs.
• Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place to meet all statutory regulations, GAAP accounting standards, practices and audit requirements.
• Serve as financial advisor to the CEO and executive team.
• Assess and manage the effectiveness of production, services billings, inventory management and logistics.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience with QuickBooks or other ERP software.
• Proven experience in scaling a high growth product and services company.
• Strong product distribution and inventory management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Experience with construction projects, including bonding and UCC process.
• Has private company, including LLC, experience.
• 10+ years' experience managing a finance or accounting team.
• Track record of implementing metrics and systems and to measure and monitor the needs of a rapidly growing organization.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership in a finance or accounting related role.
