Lincolnton Animal Hospital has been serving the community of Lincolnton, North Carolina and the surrounding areas since 1983. We have a very loyal client base and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and veterinary care. Our goal is to provide outstanding service to our clients by administering to their pets the highest quality of veterinary care to live a longer, happier, and healthier life.

Our 4-doctor general practice provides a full range of services to companion animals, including preventative care, surgery, medicine, grooming, boarding, and more. Our 5,000 square foot facility boasts 7 exam rooms, digital x-ray, K-laser, and full in-house IDEXX labs. We also offer acupuncture as an alternative therapy for some of our patients!

Our hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to help provide outstanding patient care and client service in a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital.

The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for maintaining front of house duties. These tasks vary by day but can include: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining hospital required paperwork and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. To be successful in this role, clear communication and organizational skills are key!

Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, dependability, healthy and positive communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Our next team member will be an energetic people-and-pet person with excellent work ethic and social and organizational skills. Must be willing to work flexible hours and some weekends.

• Prior Customer Service Experience
