Valuation Manager Jobs

Leadenhall Search & Selection are recruiting Valuation Manager's for a top US advisory firm.

The Role:

• Financial statement preparation
• Ownership changes and considerations
• Conduct valuation services including preparation of discounted cash flow (DCF) and market-based analyses, including application of discounts for fair market value considerations, as well as option-pricing models.
• Identify target clients, build relationships, conduct business meetings, identify and explore needs, present solutions, negotiate terms, and secure profitable advisory projects.
• Financial planning and analysis – financial forecasts, development of KPIs, budgeting & variance reporting, decision support
• Identify opportunities to help business owners grow their business’ value.
• Accounting assistance including cash-to-accrual, audit readiness and monthly close design and review
• Lead engagement teams to deliver on the above offerings and deepen client relationships.
• Business valuation services including market and income approaches
• Control assessments and process improvement within accounting and finance functions
• Other financial modelling exercises including segment profitability, cash flow forecasting
• US GAAP compliance and technical accounting assessments/memos

The Person:

• Minimum of 5 years in finance and accounting
• Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service
• Client Services experience
• Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of assignments, industries, and roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect and build relationships with people at all levels of an organization
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to exceed expectations
• Degree in Accounting
