TITLE: UX/ UI Designer
LOCATION: HYBRID - Portland, OR
PAY: Target pay for this role is between $90,000 and $110,000 per year but may vary based on experience
ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire
What You’ll Be Doing

• This is an experienced level UX/UI Designer, In this role you will start by redesigning some of the major components of our internal business systems. Not everyone understands the role of designer and you are comfortable winning converts by the quality of your work.

• Technically, we expect you’ll have a variety of tools, techniques, and technologies you’ll want to tell us about during the interviews. Most candidates are comfortable with CSS and various JavaScript frameworks, as well as CMS platforms like WordPress and Drupal.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a UX/ UI Designer for web applications or web pages
• Experience working in a cross functional organization is ideal but not required
• Backend programming like C# and SQL experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous work experience in professional services or consulting industry is ideal
• Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we do not sponsor work visas
